Job Overview

Deloitte is seeking a Data Analytics Manager to lead our Actuarial & Analytical Solutions team. This role involves enhancing our service delivery through innovative analytics and managing diverse client projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop tailored solutions using industry knowledge, trend analysis, and technological expertise.
• Collaborate closely with both internal teams and clients to ensure streamlined project execution.
• Manage multiple project dimensions, from analytics to administrative functions.
• Drive the development and implementation of predictive models and custom analytics solutions.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative field such as Data Science, Statistics, or Computer Science.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience, with a strong foundation in mathematical principles.
• Proficiency in SAS, R, Python, or similar analytics tools.
• Robust experience in managing cross-functional teams and stakeholder relationships.
• Knowledge of cloud technologies, machine learning, or business intelligence platforms is highly desirable.
