Your Daily Impact at Peloton:

• Develop key performance indicators to monitor and drive team performance.
• Collaborate intensively with business units to identify problems and data-driven opportunities.
• Lead end-to-end projects with analysts and data engineers to innovate data product solutions.
• Design intuitive data sets that are easily accessible to various team members.
• Manage data priorities based on business impact, and effectively communicate findings across teams.
• Enhance the Data Analytics team’s capabilities through coaching and improved methodologies.

You Bring to Peloton:

• Over 6 years of experience in building analytical solutions with at least 1 year managing teams.
• Proficient in navigating complex datasets and extracting meaningful insights.
• Strong skills in data storytelling and making strategic recommendations.
• Familiarity with tools like Amplitude for funnel analysis and customer interaction improvements.
• Extensive experience in SQL, creating dashboards, and statistical analysis.
