Job Description

As a Data Analytics Manager at Apple, you will play a crucial role in leading a team of data analysts and data engineers working across various storage-related domains. You will be responsible for architecting data solutions, managing plans and schedules, and supervising your team as they conduct exploratory data analysis and build data pipelines. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams and upper management to present results, conduct code reviews, and ensure statistical validation of the team's work.

In this role, you will guide your team in using tools like Jupyter and Tableau to explore and visualize data, making it accessible to client teams. Additionally, you will participate in periodic infrastructure support for our team’s Python-based, distributed microservices.

Minimum Qualifications

• Ability to lead data investigations and analysis projects with ambiguous requirements
• Advanced knowledge in statistics and modeling
• Experience in visualizing and presenting analyses using tools such as Jupyter and Tableau
• Familiarity with distributed computation, storage, and workflow management (e.g., Splunk, Spark, Kubernetes, Kafka, Hadoop, MapReduce, AirFlow)
• Proficient in Python and SQL, and willing to tackle complex tasks when needed
• Excellent written, verbal, and data communication skills
