As an Operations Automation Analyst in Credit Middle Office, you'll conduct intelligence automation and business analysis to gather requirements from the Operational Function. You'll translate these requirements into process improvements and operational efficiencies. Your role will involve gathering information, executing, and implementing automation and digitization strategies, ultimately delivering automation outcomes to support the Operations function.
- Researching, gathering, and preparing information for analysis and reporting.
- Contributing to and supporting projects and initiatives with key stakeholders.
- Executing basic solution design and development, while troubleshooting technical aspects.
- Collecting, analyzing, and monitoring low-code/no-code automation in test and production, adhering to the firm's standards and controls.
- Utilizing, supporting, and administering automation tools.
- At least 3 years of experience in gathering and analyzing complex operational processes and data to develop accurate conclusions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint.
- Alteryx Designer Core Certified.
- Understanding of basic software development principles.
- Basic knowledge of intelligence automation applications and other coding languages.
- Beginner-level skills in business analysis, development, testing, and deployment.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Advanced Tableau Visualization Skills.
