Your Role and Responsibilities

As a Data Analytics Principal, you will hold a pivotal role in steering major business initiatives through leading-edge data craft and technical strategies. This involves:

• Leading cross-functional projects with a focus on Data Analytics.
• Setting standards and defining guidelines to ensure the sustainability and quality of deliverables across data domains.
• Working closely with Data Leadership to conceptualize and implement versatile data infrastructures and models.
• Anticipating business and technical constraints and delivering impactful solutions.
• End-to-end ownership of products, setting KPIs and monitoring their impact.
• Mentoring and nurturing the growth of data analysts and fostering excellence in Data Analytics practices.

Qualifications for Success

Ideal candidates will possess:

• A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
• At least 8 years of professional experience in Data Analytics, Data Science, or similar roles.
• Deep understanding and hands-on experience in SQL, Python, R, or other relevant technologies.
• Proven capability in managing large, complex projects and transforming them into scalable solutions.
• Strategic and innovative thinking with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
