Your Impact

Our Data Analytics Principals are technical visionaries, directly impacting our business strategy and operations through data manipulation. At FREE NOW, you will:

• Lead projects focusing on data analytics and cross-functional collaboration to define standards for quality and sustainability in data domains.
• Work closely with Data Leadership on deploying infrastructures and processes vital for a nuanced understanding of data across diverse market environments.
• Anticipate challenges, manage escalations, and balance business, scientific, and technical needs proactively.
• Take complete ownership of products from inception to implementation, monitoring, and refining based on set KPIs.
• Mentor and cultivate the data analytics craft among team members, guiding them through complex data scenarios.

Who You Are

Ideal candidates should have a robust academic background (Bachelor’s, Master’s, PhD) in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Artificial Intelligence, or related fields. You’ll need:

• At least 8 years of experience in Data Analytics, Data Science, Data Engineering, Experimentation, Statistics, or Machine Learning Engineering.
• A proven track record in implementing strategic data projects and promoting innovation within the principal focus area to elevate our business operations.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and a proactive, agile mindset to drive results and continuous improvement.
• Strong knowledge of SQL, Python, R, or similar technologies essential for developing cutting-edge Data Analytics projects.
