At JPMorgan Chase & Co., a historic leader in the financial industry, we are looking for a skilled Data Analytics Solutions Associate to enhance our Internal Audit function. This role is pivotal in advancing data-driven methodologies, incorporating machine learning, and enhancing AI technologies to deepen the assurance Internal Audit offers its stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will:

• Collaborate closely with business and technology audit teams to pinpoint significant Data Analytics opportunities.
• Design and implement repeatable solutions for automated and comprehensive control testing.
• Gather and analyze data from diverse systems to support robust conclusions.
• Utilize visualization techniques to effectively communicate findings.
• Conduct training sessions to boost data literacy within the department.
• Keep up-to-date with emerging tools and technologies.
• Adhere to the technology and data standards and policies of JPMorgan Chase.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

• A minimum educational qualification of BE/B-Tech/Masters in Information Technology or Computer Science.
• At least 5 years of experience with Data Analytics tools and methodologies.
• Proven experience in handling large and complex data sets to derive meaningful insights.
• Expertise in Alteryx, Python, SQL, Qlikview, Tableau, with a proven track record in developing and delivering sustainable analytics tools and processes.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks concurrently with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of presenting complex data in an understandable way to senior management.
• Highly motivated and capable of performing under pressue with an eagerness to learn and take personal responsibility.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in internal audit, particularly within the banking or financial sector.
• Solid understanding of financial operations, products, and regulations.
