Responsibilities

• Translate conceptual customer requirements into clear functional requirements for developers/project teams.
• Create process models, specifications, diagrams, and charts to direct developers and project teams.
• Develop and conduct peer reviews of business requirements to ensure accurate interpretation.
• Assist in interpreting customer requirements into feasible options and communicate these to business stakeholders.
• Manage and track the status of requirements throughout the project lifecycle; redefine as necessary.
• Communicate changes, enhancements, and modifications of business requirements to project managers, sponsors, and stakeholders.
• Contribute to team efforts by achieving related results as needed.
• Analyze meter data related to billing and communicate issues related to smart meter readings, suggesting process enhancements.

Qualifications

• Professional certification in data analytics preferred.
• 6-8 years of experience with recognized firms highly preferred.
• Highly numerate with strong analytical skills using both qualitative and quantitative data.
• Proficiency in common word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software.
• Experience in developing standards, quality management, problem-solving, process improvement, statistical analysis, and financial skills.
• Preferable bi-lingual with mastery of written and spoken Arabic and English.
• Knowledge of analytical tools such as Power BI and Altyrex.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

• M.Sc. in Communications and Network Engineering or Bachelor's in a related field like statistics, computer science, accounting, or finance.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in digital transformation and smart services.
• At least 3 years of governmental sector experience.
• Experience with fully integrated JDE Enterprise One implementation and support.
• Advanced command of written English; Arabic is preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office suite.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Experience in customer relations and management billing implementation.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Excellent presentation, facilitation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
• Time management capabilities and excellent analytical, negotiation, and staff development skills.
• Team leadership abilities and detail orientation.
• Account management experience.
