About the Role: We are on a journey to increase our revenue from 18 to 100 million and are seeking a Data Analytics Specialist to help develop and expand our Data and Integration function. This is a new position and a crucial step in our growth. Time Doctor is a 147-person SaaS company, operating entirely remotely with team members in over 35 countries and enjoying extraordinarily high staff and customer satisfaction. We recognize that data is our future, and now we need a leader with the talent, experience, and expertise to expand our current team and recruit additional talent to help us reach our goal of one million paid users by 2027. This role encompasses a range of responsibilities, including: - Machine Learning and ML Ops - Dashboards - Embedded Analytics - Frontend and UI - Product Analytics (or Product Ops) - Internal Integration Engineering - Product Integrations - Data Governance - Bespoke customer reporting Your Responsibilities: - Collaborate with various teams and external partners to develop an analytics roadmap aligned with overall business objectives. - Transform business processes into scalable, sustainable applications deeply integrated into the operational methods of business teams. - Develop and codify custom models/algorithms to reveal trends and patterns that benefit long-term business performance. - Use persuasion skills to influence the business strategy and advise senior leaders. - Skilled in using analytics techniques to create business impact. - Show passion for deriving insights and demonstrate strong financial and analytical acumen. Required Skills & Experience: - Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills, capable of analyzing complex data, identifying patterns, and making data-based decisions. - Full-stack Engineering skills (from a data perspective), such as system integrations, crawlers, and spidering. - Experience with different data modeling approaches (Star Schemas, Snowflakes, Bigtable). - Experience with data lakes, lakehouses, and data warehouses projects. - Willingness to understand and apply data technologies to support business growth initiatives. - Experience with complex ecosystems and hybrid data origins. - Proficiency or high-level skills in SQL/Pspark/python. - Experience with corporate data maturity projects (DAMA-BOOK) at least in two companies. - Solid previous knowledge and experience in Data Science (such as cohorts, ANOVA'S, Decision Trees, etc.). - Comfortable using leading DataViz tools like Qlik, Powerbi, Looker, and Tableau. - Proficient in Prototyping. - Experience in Statistical Modelling. - Understands Data Product Mindset.
