Role Summary

The Data and Analytics Lead will be instrumental in shaping the logistic strategies and maintaining the integrity of data-driven processes. This role involves overseeing logistic domain processes globally, ensuring the effectiveness of process maps, and leading data management initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a primary contributor to the Logistics Process Council and maintain process integrity.
• Drive improvements across key priority areas, refining process health KPIs and compliance.Engage in high-level problem-solving to alleviate process pain points and roll out enhancement plans.
• Lead the data and analytics strategy for the logistics domain, aligning with global policy changes and strategies.

Professional Skills and Experience

Candidates should possess strong analytical skills and technical prowess, with a proficiency in SAP, BI tools, and experience in SQL, Dax, or R/Python. Ideal applicants will have a solid background in supply chain and logistics (minimum of 5 years), coupled with demonstrable project management and process mapping capabilities.
