In response to increasing demand, we're looking to expand our team. We are in search of an innovative Data and Applied Scientist to develop state-of-the-art econometric and machine learning models specifically tailored for Microsoft's AI frameworks. This role involves integrating these models with existing systems to enhance forecast precision and operational execution.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and refine econometric and machine learning models for predicting and managing capacity needs.
  • Program and maintain APIs, facilitating the seamless integration of data science models into comprehensive production environments.
  • Analyze business dynamics affecting demand and automate forecasting processes.
  • Create robust end-to-end solutions using R/Python, from data handling to model application.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to understand business imperatives and utilize data in addressing complex challenges.

Qualifications:

Essential:

  • Advanced degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in data science methodologies and tools.
  • Ability to pass Microsoft Cloud background checks biennially.

Preferred:

  • Exceptional communication and leadership capabilities.
  • Relevant technical certifications.
