Investor Communication Solutions (ICS)

ICS assists clients in North America and Europe with regulatory compliance and critical shareholder communications. We serve a wide range of financial institutions, ensuring seamless proxy mailings, vote processing, and financial communications such as tax reporting.

Role & Responsibilities

As a Technology Lead or Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Hands-on implementation and performance tuning of Kinesis, Kafka, Spark, or similar technologies.
• Utilizing AWS technology stack and AWS AI stack, including AWS SageMaker and MLOps.
• Expertise in Python and frameworks such as Django, Flask, and Bottle.
• DevOps and Deployment automation using Terraform and Jenkins.
• Understanding software design patterns and architecture like Micro-services and Layered patterns.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills for teamwork and upper management interaction.
• Translating business requirements into technical designs aligned with the business strategy.

Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, Engineering, or Math.
• 5-8 years of software development and data platform implementation experience.
• Experience with large-scale data science and analytics projects.
• Proficiency with AWS services in distributed computing environments.
• Knowledge of machine learning and deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, MxNet, Caffe, and Keras.
• Experience developing scalable, reliable cloud software services.
• 3+ years of cloud software development.
