Your Role and Responsibilities

As a valued member of the DARC team, you will:

  • Utilize cutting-edge reporting tools to automate tasks and deliver insightful, real-time data to leadership.
  • Engage in data modeling, prototyping, and statistical analysis to develop impactful insights displayed through Power BI.
  • Create extensive reporting solutions at an enterprise level to enhance the accessibility and utility of Finance data.
  • Participate in Finance Modernization initiatives, with a focus on improving user experience and interface design.

Who You Are:

We are looking for proactive, innovative thinkers who are ready to make a difference. The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

  • A strong ability to experiment, learn quickly, and persist through challenges with a methodical approach.
  • Advanced skills in tools like Power BI, Visual Studio, SSAS, DAX, M, and SQL.
  • Commitment to enhancing Finance's data proficiency and technical capabilities through strategic development and training.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a closely related field.
  • Advanced proficiency in English and data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
  • Extensive experience with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Must possess unrestricted right to work in Costa Rica without sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of programming languages like Python, DAX, M Code, or VB Script.
  • Familiarity with various databases, including SQL and HANA.
