Role Overview: Data and Storage Technical Community Leader

The Data and Storage Technical Community Leader is instrumental in fostering education and knowledge sharing within our technical community. You will offer leadership and support to align the community with HPE’s strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and curate essential content and resources for the community.
  • Work with content leaders to optimize communication and promotion strategies for internal and external audiences, including channel partners.
  • Ensure HPE Tech Pro is a vital forum for building capability and sharing best practices.
  • Foster a professional and respectful community atmosphere for effective dialogue and knowledge exchange.
  • Lead and stimulate engaging discussions to motivate active participation.
  • Collaborate with other Community Leaders to establish best practice standards.
  • Recognize and support varying levels of member experience, providing coaching as needed.
  • Advise on interactions with other relevant discussions regarding HPE solutions and technologies.
  • Lead the corresponding Ambassador community to address customer needs and technical insights.
  • Design and manage subject matter tracks at technical regional events and lead community moments.
  • Measure and evaluate community contributions to ensure effectiveness.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Engineering, Computer Sciences, or equivalent field.
  • 15+ years of experience in a technical role.
  • Strong expertise across HPE's product and solution portfolio, specifically storage technologies.
