Salary: £34,834 - £41,418 per annum (Pro-rata for part-time)

Type: Full-Time, Permanent, 37 hours per week

What We Are Looking For

We are searching for a dedicated Data and Systems Support Officer to enhance our HR & OD Team. The right candidate will embody our organizational values and demonstrate a commitment to positively impacting our communities and clients.

About the Role

This pivotal role in our HR & OD Team involves:

  • Maintaining and optimizing our HRIS, Oracle Fusion, in partnership with SCC.
  • Generating timely and accurate data reports to assist HR & OD Team decision-making.
  • Coordinating with our payroll provider to ensure precise and punctual employee payments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Updating HR/Payroll system data accurately and promptly.
  • Supporting payroll verification and adjustment processes.
  • Contributing to system support and user guidance for the Oracle HR system.
  • Developing HR metrics and automating reporting processes.
  • Handling special data reports including Gender Pay Gap and EDI.

About You

We seek an experienced systems administrator proficient in data analysis and report creation, ideally with a background in payroll/HR and familiarity with Oracle systems. Key attributes include:

  • A CIP2017 (2017 Section 2A(character)d qualification or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Robust communication skills for effective information presentation and problem-solving.
  • A proactive, customer-focused approach, ensuring efficient service delivery.
