Job Description

Context

With more than 400 consultants, the Digital Customer Practice's mission is to help our clients transition to digital by designing and developing new offers (products, services...) to create the consumer digital experience of tomorrow. DC combines a deep knowledge of the industrialization of digital products with great expertise on the end-to-end value chain. We bring key stakeholders together around major transformation programs, to create the agile organization of tomorrow and to encourage the emergence of new offers.

Internship Objective

As part of your internship, you will be actively integrated into the "Data, Analytics & AI" community of the Digital Customer practice to help formulate its beliefs, strengthen its technological monitoring, boost its commercial activity with the firm's clients, and to produce commercial materials or mission deliverables.

Within this community, our BI & Dataviz team brings together key skills to help companies exploit their data: data valuation strategy, creation of BI reports and dashboards, transforming employees' data habits (data acculturation, training...).

Work to be done

The topics covered during the internship are as follows:

• Creation of data analysis reports: framing and producing reports and dashboards, defining good data storytelling practices, defining good UX and/or technical practices to use the leading market tools...

• Training & knowledge management: creating and delivering DataViz trainings, benchmarking good practices related to the main market tools, conducting webinars...

• BI Strategy: defining the good practices to take advantage of BI, benchmarking the leading solutions on the market...

You will also have the opportunity to develop your expertise by attending trainings, given by our consultants or partners, but also through self-training via access to numerous e-learning platforms & Moocs.

We give you the opportunity to actively participate in the internal life of the firm through:

• Contributions within the BI&Dataviz expertise circle

• Publishing articles on our blogs and social networks

• Support in the capitalization of knowledge

• Monitoring on BI&dataviz topics

• Writing of convictions and creation of mission accelerators

• Commercial participation in responding to calls for proposals

• Animation of the international Wavestone BI&Dataviz network

But also broader contributions to practice or firm-wide scope:

• Development of our Assets: Shake 'up, CréaDesk, Machine Learning & Data Lab, Research & Knowledge Center

• Contribution to recruitment, school relations, internal training, internal events

• Participation in Wavestone's CSR strategy

In parallel, you will participate in one or more consulting missions for our clients, being integrated into a team of consultants under the responsibility of a mission director.
