Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Operations, Data Science, Engineering, and Product teams to deliver robust data solutions and scale sustainable systems.
• Standardize processes to enhance operational efficiency and ensure data integrity across different teams.
• Develop a deep understanding of Meta's data processes and infrastructure, optimizing internal tools and architecture.
• Design and maintain data infrastructures, including pipelines, datasets, reports, and dashboards to monitor operational performance and inform business strategies.
• Influence the development of product-level data infrastructure to aid in decision-making and risk management within the GRO operations.
• Analyze complex data sets, conduct research, and integrate feedback to formulate viable technical solutions and operational processes.

Minimum Requirements

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Analytics, or related field.
• A minimum of three years of professional experience in a computer-related role.
• Proven expertise in SQL for data manipulation and ETL processes.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Looker.
• Understanding of reporting systems, data pipeline architecture, data modeling, and governance.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to diverse audiences.
• Experience in translating business objectives into comprehensive analysis and operational strategies.
• Record of successful cross-functional collaborations.
• Advocacy for technological advancements and analytical solutions to influence strategic roadmaps.

Salary: $196,242 to $203,280 per year, plus bonuses, equity, and benefits based on skills, qualifications, and location.
