At Sana Commerce, we are looking for a Data Engineer to ensure the collection, processing, and availability of valuable data for the business. You will nurture reports and analytics solutions that back our integral business decisions and incorporate new data sources into our environment.

Job Description
Your responsibilities:
- Expanding the data pipeline to encompass new datapoints;
- Enhancing the implementation of our web analytics tracking via Piwik Pro;
- Launching pipelines, ERP data off-loaders, and reports for new clientele;
- Improving the ERP Data offloading process;
- Deploying enhancements to current pipelines and reports;
- Carrying out data modeling and database design to optimize data storage and retrieval;
- Utilizing Azure DevOps for version control, collaboration, and automation of data-related tasks;
- Confirming data quality when required, including verification of completeness, accuracy, and conformity to defined standards;
- Creating and maintaining scripts and automation sequences using Python, C#, and other scripting languages to improve data processes and tasks.
Qualifications
What you bring:
- A minimum of 2 years of practical experience in data engineering;
- A college degree that demonstrates your analytical abilities, like Econometrics, Computer Sciences, Mathematics, or equivalent;
- Exceptional analytical skills and problem-solving orientation;
- Experience with Azure cloud data infrastructure such as Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Lake storage, PowerBI Embedded;
- At least 2 years of experience in SQL and C#;
- Experience in Python is beneficial.
