Data Engineer (12 Months) - ESB

Position Description

As part of the ESB Analytics Hub, the Data Engineering team is dedicated to redefining the utilization of data within the organization. This role involves designing, building, integrating, and deploying data pipelines to support data analysis and decision-making across multiple departments.

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities include ensuring the successful delivery and deployment of Data Engineering projects, managing our data infrastructure platforms like SSIS, Azure Synapse, and Cloudera, and developing scalable data models. You will also continuously track performance and expand our capabilities to meet business demands.

Experience & Qualifications

Essential:

• Minimum of 5 years in data engineering with experience in developing data pipelines.
• Proficiency in API integrations and ETL development utilizing tools such as Microsoft SSIS or Azure Synapse.
• Expertise in data modeling, warehousing, and incremental building of data products.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Desirable:

• Technical leadership and experience in handling large data sets and distributed systems.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies and tools like Azure DevOps or Microsoft Visual Studio Team Services.
• Professional Certifications and familiarity with big data tools and Azure services.

Salary & Application Details
