Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain advanced data pipelines and ETL processes tailored for geospatial data applications.
  • Collaborate with multiple teams to design and enforce normalized databases and enhance data quality and efficiency.
  • Implement automation solutions that streamline operations and boost productivity across data systems.
  • Engage actively in requirement gathering, conducting updates, and problem-solving with team members, stakeholders, and clients.
  • Stay current with the latest industry trends and emerging technologies in GIS and data engineering.

Required Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Applied Mathematics, or a closely related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in data engineering including ETL processes, data pipeline construction, and database normalization.
  • Solid understanding of data management, quality control practices, and data governance.
  • Exceptional analytical, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Strong communication skills with proficiency in both verbal and written forms are essential.
  • Should be a motivated self-starter who is passionate about continuous learning and innovation.
