Data Engineer

Position Summary

As a Data Engineer, you will be responsible for analyzing required data, conducting data modeling, designing, implementing, and operating database architecture for each service. Your role includes enhancing service quality through the development and analysis of impactful services. Standardize and automate technology analysis for each database solution through advanced service engineering. An Advanced SW Certification (Coding Test) is required.

Role and Responsibilities

Data Modeling

Guarantee data integrity by analyzing service requirements and data flow. Conduct logical/physical modeling of the entire structure with optimized performance.

Data Pipelining

Automate and schedule tasks using various tools such as Airflow for efficient data workflows.

Data Warehouse Design and Operation

Design, implement, and operate data storages to ensure analyzable structured/unstructured data are stored properly.

Data Processing & Analysis

Perform analysis and ETL from various data sources to produce reliable datasets.

Skills and Qualifications

• Good communication skills in English.
• Experience in advanced SQL Query.
• Knowledge and experience in data modeling, ETL, and data engineering tools such as Python, Airflow.
• Strong analytical & statistical skills and ability to analyze and interpret complex data.
• Good organization & teamwork skills.
• Bachelor or Master Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Electrical Engineering, or Physics from reputable universities.

Preferable Qualifications

• Experience in AWS Athena / Google Big Query.
• Experience in Batch processing using Spark / AWS EMR.
• Experience in Real-time processing using Spark Streaming / Flink.
• Experience in cloud technologies.
