About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Data Engineer (all genders) to be part of our AdTech tribe. You'll contribute to developing our next-generation data platform, helping our partners, including restaurants and local shops, scale their businesses effectively.

About the AdTech Tribe

Our AdTech tribe is dedicated to building top-notch ad solutions for the local delivery market. We focus on implementing solutions for running ad campaigns, displaying the best matching ads on brand websites and mobile apps, tracking user interactions with ads, and constructing data pipelines for timely reporting and insights. We also develop state-of-the-art machine learning models. Our cross-functional squads work collaboratively following the “we build it, we run it” principle. .

Your Mission

• Assist in establishing and maintaining engineering quality standards and provide technical support to team members.
• Design and build ETL/ELT data pipelines that meet the analytical requirements of the tribe.
• Develop data services or applications that address business needs.
• Document processes, configurations, and incidents to ensure knowledge sharing and transparency.
• Enhance tooling for data quality, CI/CD workflows, and data observability.
• Independently engage in prototype projects for technology decisions and technical debt reduction.

Your Heroic Skills

• Strong problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
• Pragmatic engineering approach with a collaborative mindset.
• Proven experience in building large-scale production-grade ETL pipelines and data systems.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language: Python, Java, GoLang.
• Experience with GCP and/or AWS public clouds.
• Expertise in operating SQL and NoSQL databases at scale (e.g., MySQL/PostgreSQL, BigQuery, Redshift).
• Adaptability to a fast-paced, fault-tolerant, and agile environment.

Nice To Have

• Ability to quickly adapt to evolving technologies and learn new tools.
• Previous experience in AdTech.
• Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of distributed stream processing frameworks like Apache Flink, Apache Beam, and Kafka Stream.
