About the Role

The APM Analytics team is dedicated to leveraging big data technologies to build scalable, real-time analytical solutions that ensure utmost data quality and reliability. If you have a significant interest in big data and have the expertise in data engineering, this role could be your next big career move.

In this position, you will be entrusted with designing, building, and managing extensive datasets within various data platforms. You will engage closely with business owners to capture data requirements and implement ERF to integrate data into our expansive data lake. We expect you to be well-versed in developing, implementing, and maintaining reliable, scalable, and low-cost solutions that consolidate data from multiple production systems into our data lake.

Key Responsibilities

  • Envision, design, and develop sophisticated data solutions to scale and enhance the APM data.
  • Architect and implement scalable ETL pipelines using a variety of big data technologies and advanced BI products, effectively meeting the dynamic demands for rich data.
  • Drive the organization towards a data-as-a-service model to augment influence on everyday business decisions.
  • Develop APM data products, infrastructure, and data pipelines, utilizing AWS services such as Redshift, Kinesis, EMR, Lambda, and other internal Amazon tools like Datanet, Cradle, and QuickSight.
  • Engineer new data architectures to improve scale, quality, timeliness, data coverage, monitoring and security of APM Data.

Basic Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of experience in data engineering.
  • Proficient in data modeling, warehousing, and building ETL pipelines.
  • Solid experience with SQL.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Expertise in AWS technologies such as Redshift, S3, AWS Glue, EMR, Kinesis, FireHose, Lambda, and IAM.
  • Experience with non-relational databases and data stores.

Compensation and Benefits
