Required Skills and Experience

We are looking for a Data Engineer with 7 to 12 years of experience who has a strong foundation in the following areas:

• Data modeling concepts such as entities, attributes, relationships, and normalization techniques
• Proficiency with ERD tools to visualize entity relationships and data flow
• Mastery of normalization methods (first, second, third normal forms)
• Knowledge of partitioning techniques (range, list, hash) for optimal query performance
• Strong programming skills in Python
• Experience with SQL and AWS services (RDS, Redshift, Data Modeling without Aurora)
• Proficiency with AWS Glue for ETL, data cataloging, and orchestration
• Understanding of AWS Lambda for short-lived data processing tasks within ETL pipelines
