Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement solutions for Master Data Management (MDM) to enhance data acuity across Gartner.
• Build and maintain Data Pipelines using SQL, AWS technologies such as Glue, and Python.
• Configure web services, pub-sub queues, and components within an Event Driven Architecture.
• Adhere to best practices and industry standards in Data Engineering and Mastering functions.
• Handle daily data operations, including troubleshooting and maintenance of data pipelines and job schedules.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in cloud-based data engineering, preferably AWS ETL.
• Proficient in coding with Python or Java.
• Strong SQL and data analytics skills.
• Experience with PostgreSQL, cloud databases, AWS Glue, and Data Governance is advantageous.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.

An ideal candidate has a strong IT background with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. You should be able to work independently as well as collaboratively within an Agile-Scrum environment. A strong desire to continually develop your skill set in tools and technologies relevant to your field is a must.
