Role Overview

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Data Governance team. In this role, you will ensure the data integrity across our Actuation Systems. Your work will empower the business to make informed decisions through data-driven insights. Key responsibilities include managing diverse data sources, ensuring robust data platforms, and implementing processes for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL).

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Implement business data tools supporting our Digital Strategy.
  • Map data for functions, Value Streams, and Sites.
  • Streamline data tools across Actuation Systems.
  • Collaborate with Enterprise and Advanced Structures teams to share best practices.
  • Increase business process efficiency through automation.
  • Develop and maintain critical relationships with business and customers.
  • Utilize Agile principles and act as a Scrum Master when applicable.
  • Support EH&S policy and proactively manage risk from manufacturing processes.
  • Ensure customer-focused service delivery.

What You Bring to the Role

Essential Skills:

  • Identification, Design, and Deployment of Data Tools
  • Knowledge of Data Warehouse/Lakes (Currently using Snowflake)
  • Excellent Interpersonal and Communication Skills

Desirable Skills:

  • Knowledge of Visualization Tools (Currently using Tableau)
  • Experience with Agile Methodologies
  • Ability to Map Data and ETL Processes
  • Self-Motivated to Drive Actions Supporting Business Needs
  • Ability to Multi-task and Prioritize Work
  • Strong Relationship-building and Team-playing Abilities
