About the Role: Data Engineer, GMS

We are looking for a Data Engineer to design and implement solutions that impact how we manage and utilize our expansive data landscape. This role requires creativity and the ability to work with complex data systems. You will be integral in building solutions that enable Meta to make data-driven business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement innovative data processing architectures.
• Lead the lifecycle of data solutions, including integration and warehousing.
• Develop scalable ETL processes and reporting frameworks.
• Offer expert consultation on data-related technical issues.
• Enhance data warehouse architecture and modeling.

Technical Qualifications

• Masters in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Experience with Data Warehousing, ETL Design, and BI Tools.
• Proficient in programming with Java, Python, PHP, or similar languages.
• Knowledge of Hadoop ecosystems and database performance tuning.

Meta values the contribution of all its employees and offers a competitive compensation package that includes a base salary ranging from US$209,720 to US$235,400 per year, plus bonuses, equity, and comprehensive benefits.
