Role Overview: Data Engineer

This opportunity is based in the bustling Dallas - Fort Worth Metroplex. As a Data Engineer, you will play a crucial role in:

• Developing and supporting our modern data and analytics initiatives.
• Collaborating across teams to enhance business intelligence and analytics.
• Delivering innovative, high-quality solutions to our internal and external stakeholders.
• Staying current with industry trends in Microsoft data and AI technologies.
• Developing hands-on data pipelines, and deploying analytics and AI solutions that support strategic business goals.

What You Need to Succeed

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A strong understanding of data analytics and its business applications.
• A minimum of 3-5 years' experience in developing solutions using SQL Server, T-SQL, Oracle, or NoSQL.
• Excellent customer engagement and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
• Team-player mindset with a goal-oriented approach towards problem-solving.
• Technical proficiency in Python, ETL, SQL, and familiarity with DevOps and data transformation practices.

Preferred Qualifications

Stand out with:

• Experience in data warehousing, machine learning, and tools like Data Bricks and Spark.
• Proficiency in modern reporting tools such as Power BI.
