What You Will Do

As a member of our Data Engineering team, you will focus on software development and programming to create powerful, data-driven solutions. You'll engage with cutting-edge tools like Ab Initio ETL and SQL scripting, helping enhance our bank employee relationships through high-impact engineering projects. Your role will include comprehensive ownership over key ETL processes, collaborating with dynamic teams like Workday SaaS, Kafka, ADP Payroll, AWS, and Cornerstone.

• Innovative, constantly pushing the envelope to resolve complex data challenges.
• Excellent communicators and coordinators with various internal stakeholders.

Technical Skills Required

Your experience with any of the following will propel your success in our team:

• Ab Initio BRE for application design and development.
• Strong grasp of ETL processes and SQL.
• Experience in Agile environments and close collaboration with business stakeholders.
• Exposure to HR tech platforms such as Workday or similar.
• Familiarity with data warehousing and crafting data marts in systems like Teradata, Oracle, or RDBMS.
