Role Overview: Data Engineer

As a Data Engineer at Thumbtack, your role will be pivotal in transforming data into action. You'll collaborate with product teams and engineers company-wide, enhancing our marketplace's intelligence and efficiency. Expect to engage in meaningful projects such as designing next-generation data warehouses with DBT, developing advanced data validation techniques, and modeling critical business metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain robust data pipelines in alignment with our dynamic product needs.
  • Architect, build, and oversee reporting frameworks that organize vast data sets into actionable intelligence.
  • Ensure high standards of data quality and integrity across key business domains.
  • Collaborate extensively with stakeholders across the company to support strategic goals and rapid product development.

What We're Looking for:
