Key Responsibilities

• Empower the Windows, Developers, and Experiences team by enhancing data utilization throughout the development lifecycle.
• Promote a data-driven and experimental culture across different teams.
• Improve data platform offerings and understand holistic company needs.
• Collaborate with teams and customers to define project scopes and deliver innovative solutions.
• Develop Big Data ETL pipelines using SCOPE, Scala, SQL, Python, or C#.
• Ensure data integrity through rigorous validation processes.
• Contribute your coding expertise in C#, C++, Java, or SQL to various projects.
• Engage in high-level problem-solving and debugging in complex, scalable systems.
• Advance your knowledge in distributed data processing technologies like Map-Reduce and Apache Spark.

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Math, Software Engineering, or a related field with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
• OR a Master’s Degree or equivalent experience in the fields mentioned above.
• Experience in business analytics, data science, software development, or data engineering.
• Proficiency in C#, C++, or similar programming languages.
• Knowledge in system-level programming on Windows platforms, including driver development.
• Adept at working within a global team and familiar with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Preferred:

• 5+ years of data engineering experience.
• Advanced skills in cloud computing technologies such as Azure Synapse, Azure Data Factory, and related tools.
• Strong analytical capabilities and a systematic approach to software design.
