We are recruiting top tier Data Engineers to join our elite Transportation Business Intelligence team. We are creating real-time analytical platforms using big data tools and AWS technologies, such as Hadoop, Spark, EMR, SNS, SQS, Lambda, Kinesis Firehose, DynamoDB Streams. Our ideal candidate enjoys working with large amounts of data, finds pleasure in dealing with highly complex technical contexts and, most importantly, possesses a passion about data and analytics. A pro in data modelling, ETL design, and business intelligence tools who enthusiastically collaborates with the business to seize strategic opportunities where infrastructural enhancements in data yield significant business outcomes. The preferred candidate is self-driven, comfortable with ambiguity, able to think big (while paying careful attention to detail), and enjoys being part of a fast-paced global team. Basic Qualifications: - 3+ years of data engineering experience - Experience with data modeling, warehousing and building ETL pipelines Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with AWS technologies such as Redshift, S3, AWS Glue, EMR, Kinesis, FireHose, Lambda, and IAM roles and permissions - Experience with non-relational databases / data stores (object storage, document or key-value stores, graph databases, column-family databases) Amazon is an equal opportunities employer.
