The Data Engineer will deliver data-driven solutions in the Commercialization IT function, driving critical business impacts.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop transformational solutions based on business requirements and functional specifications.
- Partner with business and IT groups to advance business goals and gain competitive advantage.
- Serve as a knowledge expert in foundational models, communicating insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Stay updated with emerging trends and apply knowledge to drive organizational innovation.
- Support architecture, design, and deployment for various business requirements.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for best-in-class solution implementations.
- Analyze and improve existing processes to ensure global harmonization.
- Document knowledge base, SOPs, solutions, and guidelines for local and global teams.
- Adhere to best practices in SDLC/Agile, ensuring consistent architecture practices.
- Ensure compliance with BMS Data Protection and Cyber Security policies.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in data provisioning, data mining, data visualization, and programming with AWS, CDP, PostgreSQL or equivalent, Redshift, Python, Domino.
- Experience in implementing new technologies and leading initiatives.
- Ability to present and explain implications of key information to stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS/GCP/Azure).
Desirable Experience
- Experience in life sciences, healthcare, or related industry.
- Familiarity with commercial data within the Pharma industry.
- Commitment to a career in technology with a passion for healthcare.
Required Knowledge and Skills
- Experience with generative AI solutions, programming in Python and frameworks like Pytorch or Tensorflow.
- Cloud ESB implementation experience (MuleSoft preferred).
- Building and consuming RESTful APIs.
- Certifications in Informatica, MuleSoft, AWS developer are a plus.
- Experience in Agile tooling suites (e.g., Jira).
- Strong communication and written skills.
