Job Responsibilities for Data Engineer Intern

As a Data Engineer Intern, you will:

• Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from various sources into our data warehouse.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and design efficient data models, pipelines, and schemas.
• Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues promptly.

Qualifications and Skills We're Looking For

We're seeking candidates who are currently pursuing or have recently graduated with a degree in Computer Science or a related field.

• Proficiency in SQL and advanced SQL concepts.
• Competence in at least one programming language such as Python, Java, or Scala.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a knack for working in a team environment.
• Detail-oriented and committed to delivering high-quality work.

Preferred Qualifications

• Relevant certifications in data engineering or related disciplines.
• Exposure to the Fintech domain, particularly in areas like lending or payment verticals.
