About the Role

We are currently seeking a Data Engineer to join our dynamic Hybrid Intelligence team in Spain. This position offers a unique opportunity to grow and develop professionally alongside seasoned experts, contributing to the team's growth and expansion.

Key Responsibilities

As a member of the Hybrid Intelligence team at Capgemini Engineering, you will work on a variety of innovative projects that define our core mission. Your tasks will include:

• Developing ETL processes from various source data and managing their storage.
• Analyzing and modeling databases across environments like MySQL, Snowflake, Databricks, Spark, Azure, AWS, and GCP.
• Optimizing database queries to ensure system performance.
• Utilizing data processing languages such as SCALA, Java, and PySpark.
• Implementing final data visualizations in reports or dashboards tailored to end-users.
• Proposing innovative solutions and tackling complex challenges.

What We Look For

We are interested in candidates who have:

• At least 1 year of experience with database technologies.
• At least 1 year of experience in developing ETLs and designing databases in a Cloud environment.
• Experience working with agile methodologies.
• A minimum of a C1 level in English.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Above all, a strong desire and passion to create impact and improve the world through your work.
