Job Description

We are currently seeking a skilled Data Engineer with 1 to 6 years of experience and a robust portfolio of projects. The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, and have a comprehensive understanding of the Python software development stacks, including but not limited to Numpy, Scipy, Pandas, Dask, spaCy, NLTK, sci-kit-learn, and PyTorch. Proficiency in front-end development with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, alongside familiarity with both SQL and NoSQL databases, is essential.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience with Python frameworks like Django, Flask, or Pyramid.
• Familiarity with data science, machine learning concepts, and tools.
• A solid understanding of cloud platforms including AWS, Google Cloud or Azure.
• Contributions to open-source Python projects or active involvement in the Python community.
• Advanced proficiency in data mining, mathematics, statistical analysis, pattern recognition, and predictive modeling.
• Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau, SQL, and programming languages such as Java/Python, SAS.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, research-oriented group managing multiple concurrent projects.
