Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

As a Data Engineer, you will:

• Manage the acquisition, verification, and organization of high-quality datasets essential for training AI models.
• Conduct thorough data validation and implement integrity checks to resolve issues affecting model performance.
• Utilize APIs for robust data extraction processes, with a strong preference for candidates with REST API knowledge.
• Design and oversee data annotation and labeling to ensure premium data quality for training purposes.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation including API integrations, data quality metrics, and ETL processes for future reproducibility.
• Implement and maintain scalable data storage solutions optimized for efficient data access and analysis.
• Create complex queries using Oracle SQL on Oracle databases, optimizing data collection and indexing processes for enhanced performance.

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science or related field, with a preference for advanced degrees.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in data engineering or a relevant field.
• Proven aptitude in Python and Java for data generation and processing.
• Deep understanding of SQL and Oracle SQL, including sophisticated query writing and database optimization.
• Established skills in data handling, specifically for machine learning model preparation.
• Ability to design and deploy ETL pipelines, automating data transformation and ingestion.
• Knowledge of machine learning and natural language processing techniques would be beneficial.
