Key Responsibilities

As a leading data engineer, your primary responsibilities will include leading data engineering tasks on vital projects. You'll manage the development and integration of sophisticated data pipelines and platforms, transforming disparate data into actionable insights. Furthermore, your leadership will extend to guiding a multi-disciplinary team comprising analysts, data engineers, developers, and data consumers within a dynamic, agile environment.

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who possess:

• 7+ years of experience in Python, SQL, Scala, or Java
• 7+ years of experience in enterprise-level data application design, development, and maintenance
• 5+ years of expertise in software development for handling structured and unstructured data, designing database schemas, and working with NoSQL databases
• Proven capability in developing scalable ETL and ELT workflows for analytics and reporting purposes
• Familiarity with data load and migration tools, such as SQLLDRA
• Ability to lead collaborative projects within a cross-functional team environment
• Secret security clearance and a Bachelor’s degree

Nice to Have:);

• Extensive experience with GovCloud, distributed computing tools, real-time data processing, and data warehousing solutions
• In-depth knowledge of UNIX, Linux, and Agile engineering practices
