As a Data Engineer-MDM Senior Associate, you will be part of a team that offers premium, cost-effective, and high-quality services enhancing process quality and delivery capabilities in support of client engagements.

Position Overview

This role requires a professional with 4-8 years of hands-on experience in Master Data Management (MDM) projects using Reltio MDM. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with various aspects of configuration including data modeling, match, cleanse rules, and metadata analysis. A thorough understanding of Data Stewardship and Governance processes is crucial.

Core Responsibilities:

• Refinement of MDM customer and reference-data models as business needs evolve.
• Execution of Reltio Business Model Configuration, including Survivorship Rules, Matching and Merging, and Configuration of Relationships, Graph, Roles, and Tags.
• Expertise in extracting data from diverse source systems such as flat files, XML sources, big data appliances, RDBMS, etc.
• Proficiency in Data Quality processes and project lifecycle, including Profiling, Standardization, Matching, Survivorship, and Consolidation Techniques.
• Strong skills in Fuzzy matching and Reporting section of tools, validating ETL, and writing SQL queries.
• Design and code review, providing technical guidance to meet project delivery timelines.
• Preparation of technical design documents and test plans, contributing to the understanding of the DW Lifecycle.

Desired Knowledge and Skills:

• Experience with other ETL tools like Informatica PC, Datastage, ODI.
• Knowledge of Cloud data technologies, Data Lake, Big Data, and Snowflake DB.
• Prior experience in Offshore/Onsite Engagements.

Professional and Educational Background:

Applicants should hold a degree in BE/B.Tech, MCA, M.Sc, ME, M.Tech, or MBA. Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills are essential to succeed in this role.
