Data Engineer Opportunity at Allianz Technology

Your Role

• Collaborate with stakeholders and analysts to understand data requirements.
• Lead and coordinate a team of junior Data Engineers.
• Proactively manage tasks from initiation to completion.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in data engineering.
• Align work with Allianz's Data Technology Strategy.

Your Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, Engineering, or related fields.
• Proven experience with ETL processes using Azure tools.
• Proficiency in Python, Spark, and SQL.
• Strong understanding of data modeling and governance.
• Experience in mentoring and coordinating junior team members.
• Upper-intermediate (B2) level of English proficiency.
• Knowledge of Power BI, Informatica IDMC, Microstrategy, and SAS is advantageous.
