Job Description: About the role: We are looking for a skilled Software Engineer to join our dynamic team. The primary focus will be on software development, with any understanding or familiarity with machine learning concepts viewed as a noteworthy advantage. Key Responsibilities: - Software Development: Design, code, test, and maintain top-notch software solutions in line with company goals and user requirements. - Collaboration: Cooperate with other developers, data scientists, and product managers in a team setting to produce integrated software solutions. - Code Review & Quality Assurance: Ensure the robustness, efficiency, and scalability of applications through thorough code reviews and automated testing. - Continuous Learning: Keep up to date with the latest software development practices, tools, and frameworks. Familiarize oneself with machine learning concepts, as applied within the business. - Documentation: Write clear, concise, and comprehensive documentation for code, algorithms, and software solutions. - Problem Solving: Address complex technical challenges and troubleshoot issues that arise in the production environment. Qualifications: Required Qualifications and Experience: - A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - 4 or more years of professional experience in software development. - Proficiency in key programming languages relevant to the role (such as Python, Java, C++, etc.) - Familiarity with software development frameworks and best practices. - Deep comprehension of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles. - Experience with machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn is essential. - A proficient understanding of data preprocessing, feature engineering, model training, evaluation, and deployment. - Experience with version control systems like Git. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Desired Skills and Experience: - Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure. - Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes. - Contributions to open-source projects or a portfolio of personal projects. - Proven experience in the digital experience monitoring area, with a deep understanding of user experience metrics, monitoring tools, and methodologies.
