Your Role

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Data Engineer to join our Regulatory Product team. This critical role involves managing our Regulatory Data Product within the Enterprise Data Domain. Your mission will be to align with strategic data product roadmaps and meet the demands of various regulators. Your expertise will ensure compliance and maintain data quality for all regulatory submissions.

As a Data Engineer, you will:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines for ingesting, processing, and transforming regulatory data.
• Submit regulatory responses with accuracy, ensuring compliance with standards.
• Conduct regression analysis on extracted data to identify results and address issues.
• Ensure data integrity and security to comply with regulatory requirements.

About You

We are seeking candidates with the following qualifications:

• Understanding of regulatory compliance requirements and data privacy regulations.
• Ability to see the bigger picture of regulatory compliance and data management.
• Strong partnership skills to work with business stakeholders and translate needs into product features.
• Proven track record in SQL development and data modelling with a flair for optimizing data structures.
• Python programming skills.
• Experience and proficiency in public cloud platforms, ideally Google Cloud Platform.
• Hands-on experience or certification in DBT Fundamentals.
• Deep understanding of data warehousing concepts, ETL processes, and end-to-end code development.
• Technical competence in data and analytics technologies.
• Advanced experience in scaled agile frameworks.
• Strong communication skills for effective liaising with multiple stakeholders.
