Job Description: Senior Data Engineer - CDI (Permanent Contract)

Role Overview

As a crucial member of our Data Intelligence team, the Senior Data Engineer will lead the development and optimization of innovative data solutions to meet our high-profile clients' needs. From conceptualizing modern data architectures to implementing industry-leading practices, you'll ensure data quality and security while collaborating closely with both technical teams and clients to drive successful project outcomes.

  • Design and deploy modern data architectures
  • Develop and maintain efficient data pipelines
  • Collaborate with business teams to tailor data solutions

Qualifications

Required Skills

  • Advanced proficiency in programming languages including Go, Python, SQL, and Scala
  • Hands-on experience with data processing technologies like Apache Spark
  • In-depth knowledge of relational (SQL) and non-relational (NoSQL) databases
  • Expertise in data warehousing solutions such as BigQuery, Snowflake, and DataBricks
  • Experience with cloud services (GCP, AWS, Azure) and container orchestration (Kubernetes)
  • Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, data visualization tools, and data storage systems

Applicants should possess a minimum of five years’ experience in a similar role and a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.
