Role Overview:

As a Data Engineer Team Leader, you will:

• Lead and guide a talented team of data engineers on various data-centric projects ensuring the consistency of optimal data delivery architectures.
• Design, implement, maintain, monitor, and optimize data, reporting, and analytics platforms to meet and anticipate current and future needs.
• Collaborate closely with the Data Analyst team to ensure successful delivery of end-to-end data projects.
• Promote and implement data framework best practices and technologies to effectively support existing and future business demands.
• Manage the integration, transformation, and consolidation of data from diverse structured and unstructured systems making it accessible for analytics solutions.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in ETL/ELT, Data Modelling, Data Warehouse Architecture, and Reporting tools.
• Proficient in Data Governance principles.
• Expertise in T-SQL including writing queries, stored procedures, views, functions, and triggers for Microsoft SQL Server.
• Strong capabilities in SQL Server Database Tuning and Query Optimization.
• Proven track record in the analysis, design, and development of large high-performance database solutions.
• Outstanding attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills, flexibility, and eagerness to learn and innovate.
• Fluency in English with superb verbal and written communication abilities.
