Job Description

As a Supply Chain Data Engineer/Analyst, you will play a crucial role in advancing our strategic planning and operational excellence. You will analyze complex datasets to identify trends, forecast demand, and optimize inventory levels, directly impacting our product delivery efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Utilize statistical models and data analysis techniques to provide insights into supply chain operations.
  • Create data sources, dashboards, and reports to monitor supply chain performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop analytics-driven solutions.
  • Conduct demand planning and forecasting using predictive analytics.
  • Analyze data to identify cost-saving and time-efficient opportunities.
  • Manage and interpret large datasets to support decision-making for supply chain management.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to streamline supply chain processes.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in supply chain analytics tools and technologies.

Basic Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Data Engineering, Data Science, Supply Chain Management, Business Analysis, Operations Research, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in data analysis, statistical modeling, and supply chain optimization.
  • Proficiency in analytical software (e.g., Tableau, SAS, R, Python, SQL) and database management systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Knowledge of supply chain processes, including procurement, inventory management, and logistics.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with keen attention to detail.
