senior: PLN 16 100 - 23 200 PLN gross (employment contract)

Our team is a group of seasoned controllers and data analysts responsible for providing data and analysis to support business decision-making. As a team, we handle the budgeting process and managerial reporting. As a data architect, you will aid the data analysts team in building and enhancing recurring reporting procedures.
Your role will involve:
- Participating in business projects that aim to improve financial efficiency
- Maintaining and setting up data architecture to guarantee data integrity and process stability
- Overseeing the design of data flows and the preparation of database documentation
- Developing reporting processes based on business needs
- Supporting key financial operations
We are seeking individuals who:
- Have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in financial analytics (consulting experience preferred)
- Have experience with creating data architecture (including enhancing data integrity and process stability)
- Are highly proficient in SQL
- Can do basic programming in Python
- Can transform analysis results into business recommendations
- Have experience working in a GCP environment
- Speak both Polish and English at at least a B2 level
These are also advantageous:
- Knowledge on Airflow, Google Composer, Dataproc, Spark related matters
- Basic understanding of Google Apps Script
- Prior experience with one of the reporting tools: Google Data Studio, Tableau, Power BI
