Program Overview: TE Connectivity Internship

As a Data Engineering Intern in our Global TEIS Business Unit, you'll have the opportunity to make impactful contributions by collaborating with diverse teams to pioneer data and analytics solutions. Embark on projects involving data lakes, data warehousing, and new technology protoyping using PL/SQL, AWS, and similar technologies.

Work Location

This role is fully remote, offering you the flexibility to work from anywhere.

Job Overview and Responsibilities

You will play a pivotal role in implementing our vision for a state-of-the-art data and analytics platform. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Building and developing systems and tools for effective data processing on cloud and on-prem setups.
  • Participating in all phases of the software development lifecycle for data and analytics projects.
  • Enhancing features related to scalability, reliability, usability, security, and performance.

Who We're Looking For

Ideal candidates should possess:

  • A High School Diploma or GED and current enrollment in a BA/BS or MA/MS degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, or Information Technology—or related experience.
  • Strong foundational knowledge in computer science principles and coding.
  • Previous internship or project experience, preferred.
  • Authorization to work in the U.S.

Skills and Competencies

Compensation and Benefits
