About the Role: Data Engineering Lead (Google Cloud)

As a Data Engineering Lead, you will be pivotal in crafting sophisticated data and cloud solutions. Here are the skills and experiences we’re looking for:

• 5+ years of experience in team environments developing data/cloud solutions.
• Strong programming skills in SQL, Python, Scala, and R.
• Proven expertise in cloud data warehouses such as Google Cloud and BigQuery.
• Experience with data pipeline and workflow management tools like Airflow and Databricks.
• Design and architecture knowledge of SQL and noSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, Bigtable, Spanner).
• Familiarity with analytical reporting and data visualization tools, preferably Looker.
• An understanding of Google Cloud AI and ML capabilities, including BQML and Vertex AI.
• Google Professional Data Engineer certification is a plus.
