Key Responsibilities

• Envision and advance the BI and Data Warehousing strategy across various product verticals.
• Establish operational processes to achieve excellence in project management and system reliability.
• Recruit, mentor, and scale a high-performing BI and Data Warehousing team.
• Develop cross-functional partnerships to comprehend data requirements and meet them effectively.
• Oversee the design, implementation, and release of new data models and pipelines into production.
• Enhance data integrity throughout our product verticals and associated business segments.
• Deliver impactful dashboards and data visualizations for business insights.
• Define and uphold SLAs for all data operations in production environments.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in managing and scaling teams of six or more individuals.
• At least 9 years in BI and Data Warehousing roles.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proven project management capabilities.
• Expertise in SQL and other similar languages, alongside development experience in object-oriented languages like Python or Java.
• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in consumer web or mobile sectors.
• Familiarity with extensive datasets, Hadoop, and advanced data visualization tools.
• An advanced degree in a relevant field.
