Position Available: Data Engineering Team Lead

We are in search of a Data Engineering Team Lead who is passionate about leveraging data to revolutionize healthcare. You'll take charge of constructing and maintaining our extensive data infrastructure and production environments. This pivotal role is for a leader who thrives in innovating and mentoring teams, ensuring optimal data management that supports advanced medical diagnostic technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, construction, and maintenance of our complex data systems.
• Ensure secure, efficient, and reliable data handling within production environments.
• Implement and optimize data pipelines using cutting-edge technologies such as Apache Spark, Kafka, and Hadoop.
• Maintain high standards for data quality and integrity across all processes and systems.
• Develop proactive monitoring and alert systems to guarantee performance and reliability.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior data engineers, enhancing team expertise and cohesion.

What You'll Bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Over six years of experience in data engineering, particularly in managing large-scale data infrastructure.
• Demonstrated leadership in guiding and growing technical teams.
• Proficiency in Python, with extensive knowledge of modern database technologies and cloud platforms.
• Eagerness to contribute to the evolving field of tech with innovative ideas and solutions.

Salary Range: $106,930 - $149,702, based on experience.
